背景:
2019年成交了一个新客户,交货半年后客户反馈质量问题并提供图片。
当时工程确认是客户储存不当造成的,而且老板也认为是客户问题。
我知道客户不满意当时处理结果,但我没有放弃该客户,一直跟进,昨天客户终于回复如下:
As you know we received some non-compliant material in 2019.
I explained the problem to you and you replied that we had made the wrong welds.
So we changed the supplier and since 2019 I haven't had any problems.
Why do I have to go back to doing business with you?
我除了说抱歉给他带来麻烦,同时祝他的项目顺利。然后公司4月份计划去意大利,希望可以去拜访他,除了这些还能说点什么呢?
