打招呼: 提出一些启发性的问题,促使客户回复并分享他们的观点或需求: No receiving your further feedback after sending the product details, Is it because of price ? (这个明知故问,但就要说出来) Are you comparing among different supplier ? May I know what do you focus on during evaluation? I checked your websit, it seems you are doing well on XXX (附上客户网站截图或相关信息,夸赞客户在你们这个产品领域做的很好) How did you do it for current product ? Import from China? Or from local market ? ( 初次了解客户的情况) Business之外的个人talk。 我个人业务初期做了很久的一件事: 每周都会跟觉得重要的客户说Have a nice weekend. Hi friend, have a nice weekend (结束,不说任何business有关的事情,让客户觉得你就是来跟他说周末愉快的。有些客户会回复的,然后自然而然客户会主动扯到business的,因为客户也不想一直跟你瞎聊) Did you come to China before ? Wish someday you also can come to enjoy it . We are in Shanghai, center of finace and fashion 初期跟进客户的时候基本上能想起来的话题都可以跟客户去聊,随便试随便聊。
