还盘过程中一定要关注到措辞的严谨性,国内一些商贸企业在对外进行产品购买过程中所具有的态度如何,直接关系着对方产品销售过程中价格乃至于运输方式等等是否会按照我们的意向进行调整。例如如下这篇措辞:

那么,这两部分的措施究竟,哪里出现错误了呢,经验丰富的外贸工作人员一眼就会看出症结所在,在该还盘中有不确定之处,虽然在国内商贸往来中用这样的措辞不会有问题,但是由于英国和中国的背景文化差异不同,用户在看到这样的回复信息之后,所具有的理解认知并不相同。如果是国内商贸往来,销售产品企业会了解到这是在讨价还价,英美贸易往来是直来直去的,其销售方会认为这是最后通牒,如果不能达优惠共识,将停止交易。
第二个错误在于模凌两可的用语。英美商贸交易过程之中,可以用两个简单的词汇来回答所有问题是或者不是。“of transport. We hope you can make an adjustment to the shipment from September 20 to September 25. It would be a great honor for us to meet this requirement.” 在国外供应商看来,由于没有明确的标注供货时间,因此会按照自己,的供货时间发货。而在国内商贸往来之中,这番言辞只是客套话,购买方,都希望,而不是9月25日,最终这会导致,商贸往来的企业,在贸易交往过程中,发生不愉快。

当然,在还盘过程中还会涉及到其它一些内容,不仅仅是产品价格相关以及购入产品数量、发货时间等等,还会涉及到相关的保险类型,离岸价格,或者是发货之后的产品运输保障相关内容以及产品损坏的赔付等等,这些在对方的发盘函中如果提到,购入方对此没有任何异议,不需要做任何协商,在还盘中可以不提及这些问题,但如果有异议,对于产品的赔付就要及时说明。例如生鲜或者是运输中因为震动容易损害的电子产品等,特别是一些生鲜产品、速冻食品等等所涉及的争议问题在赔付层面中是较多的,都必须在还盘过程中和对方详细进行说明这一类型的还盘内容很有必要,此后一旦产品由于受损而导致赔付问题牵涉到法律层面,该还盘内容将具有一定的法律约束力,因此相关内容一定要明确提出,不可在还盘过程中因为碍于面子等问题,不交涉这些重点核心问题。
还盘在某种程度上来说是对此前发盘内容的一些修订,或者直接可以称之为拒绝,也可以被认为是接盘用户所撰写的新发盘函,在这其中涉及的内容会导致此前商贸另一方的发盘部分内容失效,而这一还盘的内容则具有法律约束力,所以在国际贸易往来中,还盘内容所涉及的产品以及价格、发货方式等标识必须明确。
