报错运费价格，但是我遇到了个不错的好客户！

前段时间给一个客人发一台机器，但是在发货的过程才发现，原来自己的运费报错了...之前的报价竟然按照裸机的尺寸去报：1480*240*230mm，gross weight 是32kg。但是后来等货要走的是才发现包装是：1680*360*420mm，是属于轻货体积重52kg。头都昏掉了...因为是到非洲的乌干达，快递费死贵死贵的，一下子多出来一千多块啊！然后迅速找客人说明情况，请看以下聊天记录： Benjamin Xue:Hi Brother!Good morning!
