报错运费价格,但是我遇到了个不错的好客户!

前段时间给一个客人发一台机器,但是在发货的过程才发现,原来自己的运费报错了...之前的报价竟然按照裸机的尺寸去报:1480*240*230mm,gross weight 是32kg。但是后来等货要走的是才发现包装是:1680*360*420mm,是属于轻货体积重52kg。头都昏掉了...因为是到非洲的乌干达,快递费死贵死贵的,一下子多出来一千多块啊!然后迅速找客人说明情况,请看以下聊天记录: Benjamin Xue:Hi Brother!Good morning!
