背景,我们工厂是家纺面料的,本人基本上还算外贸新手,公司外贸这块算在整合资源,刚刚起步。。。

前天快下班的时候,客人过来一询盘,要求我们给一份介绍工厂的详细资料,我回复,稍后将详细资料,然后各种客套话之类的,问我是否了解孟加拉市场,我说一点点,然后隔天早上一来公室,我就把介绍工厂的邮件发了过去,各种介绍我们的优势以及经营哪些家纺面料,后来下午三点多的时候,客人回复的邮件如下:
dear xx,
noted with many thanks for your message. also i am really happy to get your message.
can i get following confirmation? because i he plan to visit your factory also will discuss following condition.
are you agreed following condition or not.
1)hanger collection with reference no. to show bangladesh customer.
2) if buyer selected the hanger quality then you should support sample yards’ to make garments approl.
3)best price and best quality with cnf chittagong, bangladesh.
4)l/c payments terms 120 days sight.
5) commission terms : 3% for bangladesh agent + if buyer added any commission for them.
6) for approval of lab dip , strick-off, hand loom send by courier free of cost.
7) for approval of bulk fabric sample yards’ send by courier charge free of cost.
8) inspection must make as per buyer stander 4 point system. if any claim from buyer for fabric shading, weing fault, naps, missing yearn??then responsibility by your company.
9) testing report by yourself if need requirement from buyer. waiting for your confirmation.
见客人人这么快回复我,还是蛮心,觉得有诚意,但是看到第一点要求,我就始新生疑虑了,脑子里蹦出的第一个想法就是,客人要的是服装面料,而非家纺面料,马上心凉了半截。
为了确定我的这一想法,我把客人的公司名谷歌搜了一下,果然是从事服装面料的。。。
于是,我这样回复客人了,
i am very glad to rcvd your reply. as your requirements, you are a buying office for t-shirt,woven man shirt,woven women shirt,woven mans pant,woven ladies pant, and so on, right?
i am so sorry that our company only produce home textile fabric (bedding fabric). however,
i am still hope that we can he the chance to establish a win-win bussiness relationship in the future.
当然,客人到现在也没回复我,只是,我自己感觉了像傻子一样的事情。。。还是我没读懂邮件?还苦恼,好纠结,求各位大仙指教。。。
