目的港弃货

是这样的,前一段时间走了一票到基辅的货物。货值不高,1000刀左右,现在目的港不要货物,客户那边也找不到其他的家,所以我就和客户说弃货吧。客户也同意了,现在问题来了,弃货费用加销毁费一共是10000rmb,我就和客户谈,说这个费用的问题,现在客户说,他不愿意出一毛钱,全部都让我来承担。想听听福友门的意见[收起]

想了解货代接单的操作流程就需要了解货代的含义,货代,简单来说就是货运,但是从实质上讲货代就是接受某个客户的委托帮忙完整货物运输的环节,在运输过程中的环节都有货代公司来负责。   货单接单其实就是在货代过程中的最初环节,一般对接单的要求比较严格,那就是必须要快,接单人员基本只要到单子,一刻钟时就要完成货物的信息确认,还有发货的安排等等。之后这个环节好了,才能更好地操作其他环节。具体的环节如下   一.客户填写的委托申请单要进行仔细审核和确认客户的要求   当客户发来邀请需要有东西发货时,那么这个订单必须有以下内容:发货人的名字和相关信息,货船的信息,货船起至的码头,中转的航站,还有货品的种类名称,数量,重量,最后是托运人的签字确认。   普通的发货需求一般包括:订船的仓位,商品的检验和报关等等,预付的订舱位的货币。在这些过程中,必须要同时确认货物单的备齐时间和具体的要求发货时间,这些在客户的订单仓上都要显示出来。特殊服务一般包括其他的增值业务,对于比较特殊的要求需要申报上级领导,经过许可才可接单。   二.货品的运费价的核对确认   当业务员到客户的订单时,必须要认真对运价和此次货代过程中的其他费用进行审核比对。货运公司的销人员来操作此项目,查看完之后要在销订单上进行签字然后跟公司申请仓位。一般市场部的相关人员就是管理主航线人员及安排订舱和发货的准备。   当上述都准备好之后,货代公司就可以根据客户的委托,准备好发货。[收起]

Business English Learning plan

Hi guys,this is Jimmy.These days i he been focusing on business English but finding that it's really difficult to improve especially for the oral English in related to the business communication.Yes,I am quite good at daily English that involves greetings,telephone conversations,office English etc.and I feel my vocabulary is sufficient to make more improvement.I now find that English has no limits and I've been going after a result to master it just like a native English speaker does..So i cram for vocabularies that cover as many area as possible to serve my unnecessary vanity,what I he done these years is to find as much learning material as possible to study,and what i now strongly sense that this was totally wrong.I want to express a feeling that we should not distract our concentration on one field by filling ourselves with too large a range of English vocabulary and sentences..I 've been keeping on listening to programmes on CCTV news for more than 1yr like Asia today,Crossover and world insight,sometimes I will be willing to listen to New Money or News hour,I am not saying that I regret for this persistence on listening,but effects tell me that by covering so many topics and so many types of English,you will be possibly trapped into a situation like you are not in ery good position to sort out what you he learnt and what's the worse you may slip into ery messy condition that brings you a feeling of knowing everything but just a little bit..It's no exception for me of course.Fortunately,i've enhanced my listening skill quite a lot by sticking to this habit.Now I want to find someone whoever is interested inbusiness series to study together,here i want to share with you all my learning materials and want to find some from you.When it comes to business english,we'd admit that this is ery high level.I personally want to acquire some skills to express my ideas more fluently,sometimes you may find yourself not in a good state to express,this happens to me every now and then,my confidence level is really high to write something related to business, but once I talk,i don't know why is that that i sometimes will get nervous,this is not because of being shy to speak English.I think there is something to do with my extent of understanding business is not good enough.I don't know if my feeling is right,I guess my vocabulary in business world is not at my fingertip.Also I figure that maybe I lack some sense of business.I need to try harder,if you are a business man or foreign sales person,I sincerely want to be one of your friends,we can share everything.we he a long road to run,join me please![收起]

你这个客户想要知道我们公司欧洲的独家代理和合作的大客户,那么这个你只是提供公司名并没有多大的问题呀,这个并不是一个很保密的事情,客户也是可以直接查询到的,就像我们国内一样,一些品牌的分销商其实我们也是可以查到的呀。另外这个客户很有可能是找你们要这个信息来确认你们公司的实力,并且分销商只是分销一部分产品又不是包揽了整个市场,如果是分销商来找你们,你们也是可以直接跟分销商那边进行协商是否要给他们全部做这个市场也是可以的。[收起]

你的这个中间商真的是外贸老手了,关于催促的手段真的是拿捏的很熟练了呀,所以你们在和他做单子的时候肯定是要谨慎一点的呀,很明显,这个中间商就是想要拿到5万美金的佣金的,所以你们现在支付1万美金的话,那么这个中间商肯定是不会同意的。至于他说的现在还有一个新的订单在和终端客户在谈,其实也不一定真的有新的订单在跟这个终端客户谈,这只是客户催促你们的一个手段而已。如果你们真的是没有利润空间的话,那么就可以拒绝就是啦。[收起]
