外贸英语----电话开发国外客户

给国外客户打开发电话,有人接听后,
(1)先简单问候,
(2)自我介绍,说明来意。
(3)找到key person。
(4)两句话介绍公司和产品。
(5)了解对方公司的需求。
(6) 根据对方需求,继续简单交流。
(7)主动要客户的email,说是发给他公司的详细介绍啊,catalog啊,pricelist等等的。当他留下email的时候,也就是你们建立交往的时候。
(8)记下对方的email之后,你也该礼貌地说再见了。


下面是一个范例,供各位参考。下面的数字分别代表上面的步骤。
A: (1)Hi,Good morning, Sir.
B: Good morning.
A: (2)This is Allen from China.We produce T-shirts for years.I found the information of your company on the web. Maybe we can coperate with your company.
(3)Who shoud I talk to?
B: You should take to me.
A: Could I he your name, please?
B: Peter.
A: Hi, peter. Glad to hear your voice.
(4) Our company XXX can supply nearly all kinds of T-shirts. Our T-shirts are of high quality with low price.
(5)I found that your company sells T-shirts.
What kind of T-shirts can sell well to your customers?
B: cotton polo shirt.
A: (6)Great, that is our main product.
Sincerely hope to cooperate with you in the future.
(7) Could I he your email, please? I can send the catalog to you.
B:peter@zklgr=d_okg
A: (8)Ok then, I'll sent yout the catalog with price for you later on. He a nice day, peter.
B: he a nice day. Bye.
A:Bye.
