交货期的问题,怎么解决 ?

一个马来西亚的客户发来询盘,是我们的主要产品,还有其他的一些配套产品,标明了到他们当地的日期是3.3号,我的天,马上就假期了,除去海上时间15天,2月十几号就要装箱,而我们2月7号才上班,这不是想把人逼死吗? 我和他说了过年的假期问题,他说如果不能感到的话,就从其他商那里采购了。又给厂里打了电话,厂里说时间太紧,工人都放假了,赶不出来,但是晚一星期左右可以赶出来,,让我先答应,拿下单子再说。 我该怎么呢?我先答应了客户,那到时候不能交货了怎么,是不是不遵守承诺呢? 但是不答应就丢了单子。。。神啊,可以帮帮我吗?到底该如何回复呢? 后来想了一晚上给客户回了这份邮件,不知道结果怎样。 我的回复是这样的,大家给提提意见呢,谢谢。 hi darren waide, 1.all the factories and companies in china will he a holiday soon,how can they deliver it in your time ? unless you can buy it from your local. 2.we know you need it urgently,but products need time to be produced.if you urge so less time,the quality maybe influenced. in addition,if something happens on the shipping,even though the goods loaded on time,it still can not get you there. 3.we sincerely hope to cooperate with you,nobody refuses clients if we can do anything to finish it,including the work overtime and less holiday. two ways can solve the problem,please inform which do you prefer ? 1>,give us 10 days more,we can work overtime to finish the goods if you confirm the order and pay the deposit now,then we send to you 2x40ft containers together after finished. 2>,total 2x40ft containers you need,we can do a 40ft container first,send to u in time,then you can install it,the other one will be got you there after about 7 days.ok ? in this way,you can do your events in the specific time. hope you can understand and support us. regards, bella
