首先，我们一起来看今天的第1个问题：

想请教一下，曾经在美国展会上开发的一个客户，目前在开发打样。
他问疫情是否影响到了我们：
Question for you. Covid has really been affecting our other factories and caused some to shut down. Has it been affecting yours at all?
我们城市最近确实封闭有20天了，但是我们工厂一直在运行，而且我们也正常在上班。
只是公司所有员工都只能住在工厂。我已经有20天没有回家了！
我要怎么回复才能有益于我们接单呢？
建 议
目前，中国部分城市疫情的发生，相信我们的客人应该从新闻中已经看到。
但我想，不管客户接收到怎样的信息，我们直接发给他们的信息，才是让他觉得更具真实性和更有信服力的信息。
所以，这里需要我们自己当一回小记者。
把自己工厂目前的运营状况以及与客户正在运作的项目状况，以视频连线或者文字照片等形式，让客户了解到他正在关心的问题，从而减少他们的担忧。
如果客户愿意接受视频连线，效果更好。采用视频连线，让客户在你的镜头下看到工厂真正的运营状况，一切正常。
或者你也可以拍照，比如正在正常运作的、能显示实时的现场运作照片给他看。
比如他的样板在生产线上工人正在操作的照片，或者提供一些正在运行的线索。
他能通过你提供的线索，也能在别的官网上查到的正在运行的事情。
邮件我们可以这样写：
我们的城市的确在封闭，但这完全不影响我们的正常生产，附件请看我刚刚去生产线给您拍的样品操作照片。
还有，我一直住在工厂，我们的业务与生产完全不受任何影响。请您放心。
英文：
Our city is indeed closed because of virus, but it does not affect our normal production at all.
Please see the sample operation photos taken for you when I just went to the production line.
Also, I have been living in the factory, and our business and production are completely unaffected.
Don't worry please.
接下来，我们一起来看今天的第2个问题：
Hi Cherry,另一位客户的邮件，又让我着急了.
一位有意向下单的客户，他看到有关我们城市各种糟糕的新闻，表达了他的担忧。
P.S. We are seeing crazy videos from your city. My heart goes out to the Chinese people during this lockdown, no food, taking pets away etc.
I hope all is well with your friends and family. Wish this covid mess would just end! It has here. Everything open.
我担心他会取消下单计划，这个邮件我要怎么回复比较好？
建 议
目前部分城市面临的疫情困境，的确存在，可能也有我们自己的担忧或坏情绪。
但面对客户的担忧，我们能怎么办呢？
我们唯一能做的，就是传递我们的信心，让客户知道我们的生产与业务不受影响外，且让客户相信，这种情况会在未来的某个时间段会尽快结束。
我建议这样回复：（注：以下业务员的个人情况由提问者提供）
首先，非常感谢您的关心，我和我的家人目前一切都好。再次感谢！
您看到的媒体新闻的确存在，但可能并不是全部属实，也有可能是部分个人媒体为了获取曝光度，只选取了事实的片段。
至少我周围的同事和朋友，他们目前的情况都还好。
但不得不说我们正面临着困难。
为了更好地防控疫情，城市不得不放慢速度，导致了我们出行困难，以及获取物资的难度加大。
但我们政府和各企业都在积极地解决与想办法。我们很多人都在互相帮助，传递着这个城市的温暖。
中国过去两年来取得的抗疫成果，让我们对未来解封时间会很快到来，充满信心。
政府也已经发布公告，有信心在未来两周内控制住疫情。而这两天，我们的确看到感染人数在下降。
我们公司同样也在做着积极的努力。大部分客户的订单并没有受到影响，依然照计划进行。
原材料采购，公司提前做了规划。供应商都在认真配合，致使我们的生产线并没有受到影响。
附件请看我们公司食堂的伙食，以及工人们依然在积极上班的照片。
您可以从他们的脸上，依然能看到笑容。
在这段时间，我和我的同事们一直待在工厂，目的是保证我们的业务不受影响。
目前，我已经有20天左右没能和家人见面，我挺想他们的。我的家人同样也很想我，但我很高兴地知道，他们一切都好。
我和我的家人都相信，这样的日子会很快结束，我们将能很快见面。
我们会在艰苦的环境里度过这段日子。这对我的人生，同样是一次很好的锻炼与考验。
它对于我未来的生活毅力，将很有帮助，虽然我并不希望这样的情况发生！
请您放心，您的业务并不会受影响。

客 户 反 馈
这位朋友在咨询我第二个问题时，刚好前面那位客户回复了他的邮件，并表达了关心：
Wow that is crazy. Is your family up there with you too? I am glad yall are not shutting down but please get some rest and take care of yourself dont work too much!!
你帮客户拿走了担忧，你在为客户考虑，客户也会为你考虑。
这就是我们常说的：人心换人心，真诚换真诚！
在与客户谈判或者说服客人时，我们要拥有同理心，学会利用周围一切可以利用的资源去做自己的筹码。
想想我们自己，如果在遇到客户的这类担忧时，我们最想知道什么，来打消自己的这种顾虑呢？
而我们要做的，就是用我们的真诚与智慧，去拿走客户的担忧！
结 语
文中这位朋友公司的状况，目前来讲是幸运的，至少企业依然在运行，而生产也并不受影响。
但很多外贸人不得不居家办公，企业暂时处于关闭状态。
但发达的互联网，并不能阻止我们向客户传递我们的信心，传递我们的坚强与乐观，并不能阻止我们开展业务和积累客户资源。
在艰难时期，依然有很多外贸人，在坚守自己的岗位，在与公司共渡难关，在认真做自己。
正应了那一句当下流传的话：
“比疫情更可怕的是，你有了疫情的心态。拒绝消极心态，唯有迎难而上，才能迎刃而解。为可能，尽所能”。
期盼疫情早日结束，我们可以早日摘下口罩，还世界一片祥和！
