1、如果客户问:运费多少钱?
I am very sorry but please note that the cost $1444.2 already included the shipping cost by DHL door to door delivery.
2、如果客户继续问:没有,我想知道产品跟运费分别是多少钱?
I am very sorry but please share your best understanding that as the quantity you order is a little less, we just sell including shipping.
3、如果客户继续问:我就是想知道产品跟运费分开是多少钱
I am very sorry but our company also only gave us the including shipping cost, at this moment your understanding is very important and highly appreciated.
4、如果客户继续说:你不拆我就不下单了
Sure I can totally understand your concerns, anyway I do believe the most important is not the separate cost or not, it should be that you can accept the cost and it could help you to bring the profits or values.

1. What fabric that you need (We have normally 3 kinds: 100% cotton, 80% Cotton +20% Polyester, 50% Cotton +50% Polyester or customized, most of the customers prefer 100% Cotton).
2. If you need the logo customization? (We have normally B options: Heat-transfer, Silk Printing or Digital Copy).Please refer to the attachment for the picture of them so that you can make a better decision.
