作为一名外贸业务员,想分享一些处理客户询盘的技巧。 收到客户询盘或回复,就要分析它的质量,区别对待来跟进。

第一种询盘是空泛的,没有具体产品型号,材料规格的要求,没有数量,甚至没有签名等等, 例如:

you are a manufacturer, please contact me.


hope
to work with you soon.


针对上面这类询盘,只能是初步同客户接触。即使我们想报价,也无从入手。


我们就只能对应客人问的内容来先作简单回复,附上详细的联系方式和精选出来的产品图。


以期客人会对产品感兴趣,并根据联系方式中的网址浏览产品,然后发来询价。
