    客人说他们国家最近在审查账户,通过别的国家付钱得要始审查,很危险很麻烦,所以他不通过国外账户TT,这就是委内瑞拉这个奇葩国度.

    只能,,,哎。。了。。。

    首先:你要知道你们公司到底接不接受DP,不管能不能查得到他们的SWIFT No。
    第二:如果你们接受D/P的话要是觉得你们不放心,就直接说让他换一家银行,,费那么多话干嘛呢???
    第三:如果不接受D/P,你就直接说你们直接受TT,就好了,,

    你给客户解释那么多干嘛? 恕我直言,不知道你们有没有签单。。有没有发货,,如果刚始邮件交流的话,,如果公司可以接受D/P的话就让他信用好一点的银行或者可以查得到SWIFT No的银行,,或者直接让他30%TT+70%TT,就好。。法有很多,,,
    如果他要是执意要DP,还给你这个银行账号的话,还费什么话,,直接pass掉。。一看就是骗子。

    对啊,如果公司接受不了可以直接告知对方啊,呃你跟客户这样说人家是接受不了的,换位一下人家兴许也不放心你那,所以关于付款问题可以跟他好好谈谈,但要尽量避免被动的解释为什么,解释你的担心,要引导他用别的你们公司能接受的方式。

    首先,樓主犯上一個極致命的錯誤,你把客戶說成一個“騙子”,你說客戶會不會惱火?
    然後,樓主你對外貿基本有那些付款方式好像不知道,只知道TT...對, TT是很安全
    但是,在商業社會,除了TT外,D/P, LC這些,都是基本付款方式,你怎麼能說D/P的話,客戶會不付錢就提貨?
    就算你要說,也不能把客戶說成騙子吧?

    好了,說完問題,就看看能不能解決了
    按照我個人看法,我不覺得客戶這樣罵你你還有機會
    他罵成這樣是因為他真的很憤怒
    現在能的,是試試誠意的跟他解釋一下,說清楚是自己的不對,對他的誤解
    只有用誠意才可能有機會,如果他不為所動,勸喻樓主別死纏難打,把心思放在其他客戶會更好點
