你们公司自己有进出口经营许可证的话,那么完全是可以自己出口报关的呀,但是如果说想要和X公司产品C一起销售给外国客户,那最好还是先从X公司进口国内,然后和公司自产产品A需要搭配你们的软件B和另一个X公司产品C一起销售给外国客户。这个其实操作起来就是比较简单的,只是说操作起来比较麻烦的。如果说一起出口的话,那么也需要将无实体的软件B和别的公司的产品C一起体现在提单上边的,这样好方便海关清关审查还有客户提货。货物质量轻的话,可以选择随身携带。[收起]

出口到马来西亚的太阳能板需要特别许可吗?这个特别许可可能是客户那边说你这个产品的文件吧,太阳能板的话一般是带有电池的,电池货物出口是需要特别的电池文件的,比如MSDS、运输鉴定书、出入境货物包装性能检验结果单等等这些文件是需要提供到的。这个并不是说是什么特别许可,这个是一个出口货物所需的文件而已。但是这个产品进口到马来西亚的话,据目前了解是不需要什么特殊文件的,你这个也可以问一下客户那边是否要你这边协助提供什么文件。[收起]

客户让你提供FOB条款,意思是说客户需要和你们签订FOB条款,这个条款是付款条约,意思是你们的责任划分以船越过船舷为准,作为出口商,你们在之前给到客户的 报价里边就已经将价格算好了,不可以事后加价的,还有就是你们是不需要承担运费的,其实看起来FOB条款是比较有利于出口商的,但是实际上FOB条款是客户指定的货代的,货代的费用是挺高的,虽然是客户指定的货代,但是货代的钱是由出口商来承担的哟,所以说这个费用你需要算到报价里边的,还有指定的货代可能和客户相互勾结,这一点要防范的。[收起]

津布巴韦一般是出口到HARARE港口比较多,但是对于这种偏点的国家,运费也会比较贵,如果客户同意的话最好是做EXW条款,关于运输和目的港所有问题都不由你负责。一般清关没有什么比较特殊的要求,正常的清关资料就可以:提单、装箱单、发票、原产地证就差不多,剩下如果客户有特殊要求的话那就另谈。但是一般这个国家最好是收齐全款再发货,以免后续有什么意外到时没有收到货款,这就对我们产生很大的损失了。一般正常到津巴布韦客户都是要求出正本提单的,剩下就没有什么很特殊的要求了。[收起]
