被客人比价已经麻木了,经常有这样的回复,现在感觉回复都找不出有什么新意了,闲得没事,随便抽一封超简的,跟贴的请回复一下这封邮件,看你是想放弃还是有什么法捞到客人回头,简文如下: Dear XXXX XXXX, Thank you for your reply. I regret to inform you that your offer was not competitive as we received much better pricing from two other companies. Thank you for your effort. Kind Regards 如果你想继续把客人留下来,你应该怎么,前题是你刚报的价格偏高一点但实际并不算太高,不过仍然还有一点小小空间或者更多的降价机会,你怎么去回这封邮件,当然如果价格没法降的话根本就不可能再继续了, 这是一个闲时游戏,当然认真对待应该有所获,请各路高人出招,最好用英文 始吧

    不能总是孤立的去看待价格的问题,而是总要能想到,价格里面所包含的其它东西,要有context。

    在我们考虑降价之前,我们是否已经有足够的了解,确定客户到的报价的产品跟我们自己的产品是同质(或者接近)的东西呢?如果两者并没有太大的差异(甚至如果别人的产品比我们的还要优胜),那么,这时候才来考虑降价的可能性。如果两者根本不是同质的东西,那么,被客户带进了价格的死胡同,盲目的降价,我们就只有挨打的份。



    --如果确实需要降价了,也最好要能令到对方给出目标价。跟上面提到的一样,主动降价的话会让我们陷于被动。
