答:

We need you to provide detailed information to offer you wanted product,professional service and tailored solutions,please do me a favor.

模板三:

客户说:你们的价格太高了。

答:

We suggest it is better and persuasive if we discuss the price issue after reviewing the real product,since it is difficult and not wise to judge a price whether is reasonable or workable only by picture.Do you think so?

模板四:

给客户发邮件报价后就一直没收到回复

答:

I wonder if you have chance to review my quotation I sent on Sep 19th,what is your idea?

模板五:

客户说已经有了固定供应商

答:

But we are also a good choice for you.We have been engaged in manufacturing xx products for xx years and powerful and professional to supply you.Besides, one more supplier,one more guarantee.So why not add one more support?It is beneficial for you.

As your potential supplier,we will keep in touch with you and keep you informed about the new item and market trend.Also you can compare our price and quality with your current supplier.

We really hope to do something for you and look forward to your any request in the future.

模板六:

客户说不想和贸易公司合作

答:

Hi,

Yes,your point is right and I can fully understand your idea of only cooperation with the manufacturer,no trading companies.

But we think you can consider more about the risk resistance capacity,the communication,the coordination during the cooperation.We can handle these well.

We will keep in touch with you,whenever you have any further question we will be waiting here.

模板七:

客户回复报价反馈说由于成本问题,暂时不考虑合作。

答:

Thanks for your updates that your customer finally didn't pick this item due to cost issue.It is a pity.

But in order to improve our service and fulfill my job responsibility,would you please be so kind to let me know what is your customer's target cost?I need that answer to report my work to my boss and discuss internal cautiously about how to reduce the cost and offer our clients high-level  service and top-grade tailored solutions.
