如果不收样品费的, 想让买家出运费,如果样品制作的时间不长,不管样品是不是真的ready,都可以告诉客户说样品已经完成了,说不定买家一看,东西已经可以寄啦,那我再看一眼吧。

问题五:客户收到样品不回复的原因分析。
很多时候,样品我们免费了,快递费用也付了,客户要样品的时候会催的很急,但收到后往往就不理你了,没有下文了。大致有以下几种情况:
1、对于贸易商,他不是最终用户,他要提供给他的客户,此样板是寄给最终客户试用的,他也没有得到消息或者订单。这种情况下要定期跟催客户。
2,对方是商店。他只是需要购买你的样品放在店面展示给客户看,有订单了才会找你。
3、在收到样品之后,客户或许对质量,款式感到不满意,使他不再理你。
4、样品测试需要的时间比较久。如纺织品,可能有测试或成份检查等,电器则有相关的认证等,这需要一段过程。特别是化工产品,有些测试可能会长达一年甚至几年的时间。
5、客户只是想收集样品,已经找到了更好的替代品或将您的样品放入他们的档案做收集资料,找借口搪塞,无任何希望。
6、可能样品是比较满意的,但相关条件令人不满。
碰到这样的事,则要有耐心,能有订单则最好,若没有,也很正常。要努力去跟催客人的情况,以求好的效果。如果本次不成功并不意味没有希望,经常保持与客户的联系和沟通。
