INSURANCE AND FREIGH,fob表示的则是FREE ON BOARD,在发盘函中所具有的意义是完全不同的。
例如:
for example
Hello, dear Mr. Brown.
Now that you have accepted the price of the steel parts we sell, we hope to conclude the business as soon as possible. The 60 tons of steel parts you require can be shipped on time. If you have no objection, we will ship them at Dalian Port from October 20 to October 30.
In the course of this transaction, you are responsible for the transport risks and related costs of the products. The import license is handled by you on your own and the relevant customs formalities are completed on your own after approval. In the course of the transportation of the products, we are responsible for the delivery of the products to your chartered vessel for payment of the corresponding freight. Please be prompt. Notify us of the name of the vessel and the time of arrival, and we will deliver the goods at the first time. The risk and all related expenses will be borne by you after our steel fittings are loaded on board.
在这篇发盘函中将fob相关术语的核心都已经进行了详细介绍,“n the course of this transaction, you are responsible for the transport risks and related costs of the products. The import license shall be handled by you on your own, and the relevant customs formalities shall be completed upon approval.”这些明确了相应手续办理和费用都由谁负责,而“Please inform us of the name of the vessel and the time of arrival in time. We will deliver the goods at the first time. The risk and all related expenses will be borne by you after our steel fittings are loaded on board.”
Cif
例如:
We will deliver the goods after you have paid the amount to our account. The delivery time is expected to be between Oct. 20 and Oct. 30. We hope you will receive the goods from us in time after the contract has been signed. The port of delivery is Dalian Port. The ship and the corresponding loading and unloading will be completed by you.
从“We hope that after the completion of the contract, you will receive the goods from us in time. The port of delivery will be Dalian Port. The ship and the corresponding loading and unloading will be completed by you. Please arrive on duty in time to receive the goods.”相关内容对比此后的cif我们可以发现,却别是很大的,“Please inform us of the name of the vessel and the time of arrival in time. We will deliver the goods at the first time. The risk and all related expenses will be borne by you after our steel fittings are loaded on board.”
