我们工厂是家居用品的,产品货值都很低,主要都是跑量的,之前按照客人给的pdf的产品列表报了价格,现在客人回复如下:
hi xxx,
of course if you supply us good products you will be our official supplier for xxxx.
about xxxx your prices are really too high, like 50%.

考虑到客人是北美地区比较大的商,其实之前我们的报价已经是在常规利润的核算基础上再降低一点报给客人了。可是他们还说价格高了50%。
于是我接着回复客人如下邮件:

and maybe you will know there he different kinds of raw materials of xxxx.
the thickness can be the same 6mm, but inside quality will be totally different, surely the final price will vary greatly.
we calculated the price base on your pdf file, in the pdf file, we can only find one picture for the package.
you will also know the thickness of paper card, the thickness&material of the blister..., all those factors are an important part of the price.
and we know you company is a leading distributor in north american market, surely you will pay more attention on the product quality and social responsibility.
so we choose good quality paper card &environmentally friendly blister and glue for you.
meanwhile, you know the rmb exchange rate increasing a lot from the beginning of this year.
and in the domestic market, raw materials and labor cost keep increasing now, frankly to say, we are under big pressure.
before 2012, we can keep the price validity at least six months for our clients, but now only three months or less.
in view of this, we suggest the reasonable way is you send us some xxxx samples you handled now, then we will check each details for the samples.
after that, we will double check and give you the detail offer, and this is normal procedure we cooperated with the most clients.
if you only tell us the price 50% high than your current price, it is really difficult for us to proceed on it, pls understand.
