坎坷的追债经历,让人悲催的追债公司!

2011年8月份,因为自己疏忽的原因,把货给客户放了,货值为47000美金。其中自己陆续的催款,但是这个韩国无赖公司一直在推托不付款。万般无奈之下找到了一家香港追债。没想到这个公司从2012年1月份接手到现在却只能用天天电话催债的方式去催债。每个礼拜还得我自己主动去问去催才给进一步信息。因为个人认为这个债务真的不像一般的债务那么难追,因为对方也有实体的公司和工厂。我们其中为了尽快回款同意了韩国公司减去11000美金立即付款的协议!而这个无能的追债公司仍然没有把减价后的款汇。居然今天给我打电话说是他们找了一家当地的实力去追款。居然还要多加我们17%的费用! 可知这个案件之前已付过1500美金的会员费和签订了20%货款总额的佣金了!我们可以不答应韩国公司11000美金的款项方便这个追债公司去追款。现在又让我们在多加追债的费用,总共37%的费用! 来往信函如下: Dear ,??12月3日其中附件了一份37%追债佣金协议 > > Per our conversation minutes ago, we suggest your case to pass to our > local agent for a three months period of time to obtain a satisfactory > conclusion in this m atter. Regards, 这么长时间与这个追债公司的接触,让我感到特别的无助,看来这个追债公司的势力确实值得商榷的。(期间我还介绍了一个朋友用这家公司去追债,但是会员费是缴了,后续也没有信儿了....) 继续等待追债公司的回复....

    现在那么多追款公司都是不成功不费,不知道楼主为什么偏找一个费的。韩国的欠款就是很难追的,他们信誉很差,有时就是耍无赖。再说每个追款公司也不一样,不能一条鱼腥了一锅汤吧。

    个人觉得追款公司很不靠谱,他们会要求先付1-2千美金的费用,然后才帮忙追款,
    既然找到他们肯定是会付给他们的费用的,但是他们能追到款还不知道,就得再出多几千,
