坎坷的追债经历,让人悲催的追债公司!

2011年8月份,因为自己疏忽的原因,把货给客户放了,货值为47000美金。其中自己陆续的催款,但是这个韩国无赖公司一直在推托不付款。万般无奈之下找到了一家香港追债。没想到这个公司从2012年1月份接手到现在却只能用天天电话催债的方式去催债。每个礼拜还得我自己主动去问去催才给进一步信息。因为个人认为这个债务真的不像一般的债务那么难追,因为对方也有实体的公司和工厂。我们其中为了尽快回款同意了韩国公司减去11000美金立即付款的协议!而这个无能的追债公司仍然没有把减价后的款汇。居然今天给我打电话说是他们找了一家当地的实力去追款。居然还要多加我们17%的费用! 可知这个案件之前已付过1500美金的会员费和签订了20%货款总额的佣金了!我们可以不答应韩国公司11000美金的款项方便这个追债公司去追款。现在又让我们在多加追债的费用,总共37%的费用!
来往信函如下:

Dear
Thanks for your email .
First,we hardly to accept this addition cost .We he make a concession
before for deduct 11,000.00USD before!
But in order finnished this claim as soon as possible.The best we he
to do that we accept this agreement but it must be on the basis of
tracking back all the total amount USD47,000.00USD.Because they he
contrary the agreement yet !
The second chose we can do that we accept all commission rate 25% and we
also lost 11,000.00USD from the XXX韩国客户 .
What's more,we he lost a lot because the increased of exchange between
USD and RMB !

今天追债公司又打过来电话来,告之我们他们老板说让韩国客户付全款是不客户,所以他们答应给与我们总共为25%的追债佣金协议。我现在真不知道这个想法是不是他们故意想多赚佣金的一种诡计还是真的事实如此。以下是进一步邮件确认说明
Dear
We are accept your offer, please find the attachment for the new
commission rate, total is 25%, please sign it back with your company
stamp, thanks!
By the way this agent service is around 3 month and the local agent will
give us a detail report for the case, and this will not he any
additional charger for this agent service.

考虑尽快回款项避免进一步损失而且必须防止以后类似增加佣金费用之后,我们不能仓促的给他们认同的协议而没有对他们义务和责任的限定,所以继续邮件给追债公司:
Dear Kevin,
Will come back to you later after got the approval from our manager.
And please kindly write dwon the " Max. 3 month to finnish this claim, will no additional charge for this claim ."on this
agreement.

而对方回复的邮件中,并没有加这一句而是这么给我说的:

这么长时间与这个追债公司的接触,让我感到特别的无助,看来这个追债公司的势力确实值得商榷的。(期间我还介绍了一个朋友用这家公司去追债,但是会员费是缴了,后续也没有信儿了....)
