经过一年的搏杀终于拿下600个立方订单的大客人（附英文邮件）

我把我坚持一年的客人，直至最终下单，和大家分享一下。这个客人是我在展会上认识的，始也没太在意，不过随着我跟进紧密，感觉意向越来越好，就一直再沟通和拼杀，终于一年后下单200个立方，最近又下了个600立方的订单。因为客人订单量很大，所以杀价很厉害，起初客人气势逼人，样品费快递费都希望我们来承担，最后都被我有理有利的一一化解，把交流的邮件拿出来和大家分享一下，希望能对大家起到帮助。一年的邮件太多，所以先分享客人在样品费和快递费上妥协上的邮件。 1. Best regards, 追梦人 这是我们第一次在交易会上见面，晚上回到酒店我发了一封简单的问候邮件，附上他们浏览过的产品，同时标注上我的展位号，我曾经在我的9年外贸业务秘籍中提到，附上展位号，如果客人对你的产品和价格感兴趣，可能在展会期间会再次来访，果然经过几封邮件交流，客人又来到我的展位并且索要了样品。 2. Hi 追梦人, How are you ? For the pictures u he attached are these the designs we would need to change just a little bit like we discussed in your booth because they are someone elses designs or we can show to our buyers as is on pictures? Also for the bird and butterfly plaques , double layer do these need to be changed ? Amy 客人和我在展位上沟通过，因为客人看重了一些我们设计师给美国客人设计的产品，还有我们美国设计师的产品，但是最后没有下订单，同意我们可以带去参展，当时他们也很喜欢，但是我明确的告诉他们为了保证我们现有客人的利益，我不会把这些产品再给他们，但是我们设计师可以按照他们的要求，在不改变整体风格的情况，可以按照他们的要求出适当的修改。我发了一封简短的邮件，他们给我回复了比较长的邮件，在交易会上本来就是很繁忙的，所以可以看出他们还是有诚意的，我又回复一封邮件。 3.Hi Amy, Thanks for your soonest reply. Regarding pictures attached, although these designs are not sold to US, customers already paid us samples charge, if you want to show your customers, some changes should be made. Regarding glass mini plaques, we confirm price @USD0.28/PC in PDQ FOB Ningbo port. Regarding bird and butterfly plaques with double layers, yes, designs are from us, we he to make some changes.You can provide your designs or give us your comments so that we can work together to make such items. Regarding serenity prayer designs, they are from our Hongkong Customer whose business is still for US market.They provide us designs and ask our designers to develop for them.So we send it for your reference. Regarding samples, at fair we offered you some samples.
