牙加大单客户 新手外贸寻求各位高手指点学习 直播ing

先简单的说下背景吧 本人去年毕业,英语还可以,毕业后今年5月份了半年的货代,都是直接打电话发澳洲的直客,现在跳槽到目前的公司马上三周了。
在入职后的第二周,客户是在阿里的询盘,加勒比海国家的客户,要求30K Tablet PCs ,对产品的要求非常严格。已经周旋一段时间了,具体内容请看下面:
客户:I would like to know if you custom design tablet PC’s if specs are supplied. I would also like to know if you put on brand name of buyers/vendors. I am looking initially for 30000 units but it will increase if product performs well. If you are able to design and build prototype how soon would you be able to ship a prototype?
这个客户的询盘是经理分配给我的第二个询盘,第一个是直接要产品目录和报价的,所以根据长期在论坛学习的经验判断这个客户的质量不怎么样,然后我的处 女次就被强行霸占了,对于这个各户的询盘,看起来还是不错的,所以比较欣喜的出了一下回复:

b.Prototype and Shipping time
We he supplied several big tablet PC distributors and Educational Services, like xxxx. After receive the production order, 15 days is the normal production time and about 5 days for air freight to you.

我的回复主要是针对客户的问题,在给客户肯定的回答后,也顺便简单的介绍了下自己的公司,然对方知道公司的大概情况。然后我也去查了对方公司的网址,产品主要是给教育机构的吧,所以也列举了一些相关公司客户的案例增加说服力,还特意标注了下。回复邮件的内容和方式上面,希望给位前辈高手多提建议,感激不尽!!
