Sorry to my late reply. I was discussing your price with my general manager yesterday, so I can't reply you soon.
As you know, a nice discount has given you before(usd18.67/pc). Heat treatment fee, freight, delivery fee to the Shanghai port and insurance fee will cost us a lot of money.
Furthermore, you cut a lot for 27%, if we do as your price, we will lose big big money, to say nothing of earning money. So beg your understanding for me.
But for dealing with you, I do my best to persuade my general manager to give you a special discount. And give you a new price as follows, pls re-checking:
1)Super grade, USD ***/pc, a special discount of 2%(Best quality as per the drawing)
2)Grade, USD ***/pc, similar as the super grade, but the price much more competitive.
