在深圳想搞一个纯sourcing 的小公司

本人在美国,目前与美国另一个人合作美国网络零市场,主要是ebay 和amazon两个平台,中国工厂直接采购,也即外贸b2c。从09年初zero 始,到今年预测能到200万美金的样子。我主要负责采购以及货物到美国的运输。鉴于目前自身的一些货源渠道优势,很想考虑一个纯sourcing 的公司,b2b外销到除美国以外的其他国家(主要不想跟现有美国合作有利益冲突)。想跟业内人士探讨下,应该如何比较有成效。我曾经在07年过外贸,赶上金融危机,08年完全撤离,经过3年b2c的成长,我还是觉得外贸b2b有潜力,就是需要找到合适的方式。若你有兴趣一起合作来,也可以发email给我gary_fang@zklgr=d_okg 谢谢![收起]

After we see your company can be trusted we will start buying from you guys. We used to import from foreign companies up until 5 years ago, we make a lot of money and very successful in that region with selling things but now we want to import again to expand our business. 沙特客户发的报价表 给的 Qty / Entity Qty / Bundle 这样的数量报价,请问 Qty / Entity是啥意思呀?这个QTY的话一般是订单总数量的意思,Quantity数量。这个entity的话就是 单位,个体。这个的话基本就是相当于个数+总个数了。这个其实一般来说应该都是这么表达的,你也可以填纸箱数,也可以填具体货物个数,主要是取决于你们是怎么样做计量单位的。正常来说是会按照货物的个数的,而不是纸箱的个数来进行报价的,你这个也可以具体看看你们是要怎么报价。[收起]

现在Facebook在国内的网络是登不上的,我们需要翻墙才能用。一般就是要么弄一个可以用外网的路由器,那么不管是几台设备只要用这个网络都可以登上,这种比较适用于公司比较多外贸办公室内使用;针对于个人就没有必要使用这个贵的网络了,一般购买个VPN翻墙软件就可以了,几十块一个月,可以电脑使用也可以手机端使用,这个适用于个人。这个Facebook类似于我们的微博呀这些平台,单靠Facebook宣传是不够的,只是一个配合宣传使用的平台是可以,不需要花费太多精力去搞。[收起]

你不关只考虑补发的问题,问题是客人订这个货物是有他的道理的,为什么颜色数量不一样,你少发了白色可能会影响到客人的,但现在颜色搞错了一点点,你可以和客人商讨,多出黄色的你可以打个折扣,但你也要真诚的说后面能补发白色的,运费方面还得你自己来承担,看客人意见怎么样,要不看客人有好的建议和要求,多沟通,考虑长期的合作机会[收起]

最好是和你的客人沟通就说柜子海关已放行无法退关,如客人坚持走下水船,那就和他的FORWARDER沟通看他们有没有比较好的方法,以前我宁波的柜子出现这样的情况指定货代让工厂出了一份情况说明给海关[收起]
