近期不少伙伴遇到这样的问题: 过个春节供应商又上调了价格,原因:原材料上涨。物流费用也在涨,用人的成本也越来越高。

没办法,我们产品只能跟着涨价,把上涨的成本转嫁到了消费者身上。 但是不知道要怎样跟客户沟通,非常担心客户会有负面的反应。 

当然,跟客户说涨价,如同外交谈判, 手段高明与否,直接影响最终结果。所以要极其谨慎小心。
 

下面,我们一起来看向客户宣布涨价的实用技巧,还有邮件模板。
涨价涨得理直气壮 

首先,我们要调整好心态。 其实,降价大多数是企业行为,涨价是行业行为。当整个行业一片飘红,涨声不断是事实,并非你无故涨价,情有可原。 

所以不必因为涨价,就感觉对不起支持多年的老客户,更不要怀着内疚去道歉去讨好客户。

 产品价格变动是很正常的事,没有谁能保证,一个产品永远一个价。


直接向客户宣布涨价

如果客户是突然发现你的产品涨价,这对客户是不公平的。如果发生涨价,请确保通过邮件告知你的全部客户知晓这个消息。

如果涨价生效的时间能够延长一些,应提前告知客户涨价消息,给客户留一些缓冲和消化的时间。

还可以鼓励他们在涨价生效之前,进行购买。
表明清楚涨价的原因

涨价总要有个缘由,不能你说涨就涨。顾客可能会对“为什么要涨价?”感到困惑,所以你要有理有据地告诉他。

如:目前汇率涨了几个点,运费又涨了多少钱,产品涉及的主要原材料分别涨了多少,这些都要有个概述,最好能用图表来说明,更直观。还可借此向客户表明你愿意将价格透明化。

通常情况下,产品涨价是为了配合更高的运营成本、人工成本或原材料成本。为了维持原有的高品质,涨价是必然的结果。


体现我们的价值

讲完涨价缘由,还没结束,记得提醒客户你能够提供的价值,不仅限于产品价格,还有其他方面的付出。

例如:产品质量的稳定性;对市场的了解,公司的专业程度;服务响应速度和周到程度;对于交期的掌控能力;双方合作的时间长短及了解程度,毕竟沟通成本也是成本。

鼓励客户联系你

涨价终究是让客户不太愉快的一件事,在确保客户收到清晰的涨价消息时,也要与其进行充分的沟通,避免他们转向其他供应商。

所以邮件结尾,鼓励客户如果对涨价有任何疑虑,都可以联系你们公司的任何一个人(包括高层管理人员)。
