从如上案例中可以看到，该外贸公司催客户提货通知函言简意赅，在这其中提出了几个重点，首先在合同中已经明确标注产品的运输费用是由购买方承担的，借此告知客户公司不要提出过分的要求，一切按照合同事宜展开，其次在这篇信函中指出，虽然在产品运输到港口之后，仓库租赁费用是由销售方企业所承担，但是支出这笔费用的时间是有限定的，在合同规定提货时间已到时，如客户方没有在限定时间提货，这笔费用则由客户方所支付的定金中扣除。
