1-外贸催单话术
1.Can I know what is the reason for not replying to the message? The price or you have another supplier?
请问不回复消息的原因是什么,价格或者有其他供應商吗?
2.For so many days no response from you, I would like to follow up on the reason. If it's because of the price, I could try to apply for a discount for you.
这么多天没有收到你的回复我想了解一下原因。如果是因为价格的因素,我可以尝试为你申请折扣。
3.I've attached another proposal for you to review. Please look it over and let us know about your thoughts.

如果我们是用邮件报价的,客户对价格有异议,我们可以这样回复:

price because the prices we offer are carefully calculated and our profit margins are already very limited.
However, if you order more than XXX pieces at a time, we can provide you with a X% discount.
