邮件回复案例（一）

hope you are good.
kindly find attached project inquiry and drawings and acknowledge if
the products and drawings in the attachedfileis in your production
range and quote us yourbest prices as per specifications mentioned in
the attachment.
note:
1, all quotations must be duly signed and stamped.
2 also include you delivery mode and payment terms in the quotation.
your immediate response will be highly appreciated.

这封邮件收到的时候，首先，千万不要打开邮箱附件，一定要仔细查阅一下


1）
从邮箱着手，一般如果是钓鱼邮箱好心的人都会在网上公布出来，我们就根据邮箱搜索一下，看看能不能找到什么蛛丝马迹。如果一旦有人说这是钓鱼的邮件，那么千万不要打开附件，一定要把邮件彻底删除。


2）
如果从邮箱上面没有找到什么线索，但是看见相同域名的邮箱，我们也可以看看，之后顺藤摸瓜，看看能不能找到公司的网站，再根据公司网站上面提供的邮箱核对一下，看看是否一致。


3）
如果邮箱里面显示公司名称，我们也可以根据给出的公司邮箱搜索一下，看看是否和该邮箱域名显示的公司网址是一个，如果完全一致，那么就是真的啦，我们就可以放心的回复客户，接着后续的工作了。


于是，我就根据我了解到的信息给客户回复了一封邮件,但是我一般还是不打开客户的附件，我要让客户把附件的内容呈现在邮件里面：


dear ##，


thanks for interested in our product.


pls check the product list, and tell us which one is your
interested, and


also pls tell us the quantity you need, later we will
give you best price, accordingly.





by the way, if you would tell us more details about your
company will be more appreciated.

这样回复客户，如果客户是真实存在的，我们一定可以得到我们想要的答案，客户也会告诉我们更多的信息。





切记，收到一封邮件，如果存在附件一定不要急于打开，一定要仔细的审核之后再打开，谨防钓鱼网站。另外，我们收到这种主动的询盘一定要更加的小心。小心使得万年船，切记。
