The purchasing manager and owner of *** has seen your e-mail.
For your information we are exclusive distributors of ***(a brand) in Greece and we are interested for ***(our products).
So, please send us quotation for*** ( see the attached excel document), as to examine if your products would be competitive for Greek market.
About ***(one of the products) the quotation would be for different package:
a)??50 pcs in single bag
b)??oem bag 1 per piece with a card included, which will write the dimension of the products
c)??single carton box 1 per piece with our brand name
An important issue is the guarantee that you will provide us, because we would purchase a significant quantity of ***(the products).
Especially with the *** (one of the products), if a costumer finds 2-3 pcs problematic then would return all quantity back to us. So, please inform us about guarantee terms.

Regarding the guarantee terms, the problematic be controlled within one percent. and it would be replaced if it is over the percentage.
Pls do not worry about the quality. all the products I quoted are with best quality. and all would be tested before packing.
may I recommend you place a trial order to try our products? it maybe the best way to test the quality. and we believe you will be satisfied.

Thank you very much for the quick reply.
After a first review of the prices, we update you that prices are good, but not very competitive.
Especially for ***(one of the products) the most famous brand is ***(a brand based in Taiwan), which holds the 70-80% of Greek market, offers more economic prices.
So, as to face **(the brand) we must he more competitive prices.
Concerning, the trial order as to check the quality of your products would be interesting, but at the moment we don't he in the schedules to organize a shipment??only for small order.
We will inform you with future e-mail, when we he any news.
