最近有个喀麦隆的客户买了设备,银行水单在6月12就发过来了,上面有银行章,账号也对,对方说因为金额过大,需要通过中央银行的审批,需要大概1-2周,但是现在都已经超过半个月了,钱还没到账,想问问大家有没有过这个国家的收款经历? 一般需要多久? 焦急等货款,一天天都是煎熬[收起]

下过单的客户丢了怎么跟回来

去年十月下过十二万rmb的客户,在快出货时和我的女采购辞职了,然后换了一个男的采购,他还有一个助理,男采购基本上都不和我多少的。我基本上都是和那个助理的。在出了货到后她还发回邮件说我们的货很好,希望以后一直合作,于是每逢过节什么的我都会发问候信过去,刚好过年那会节日多,可以过于勤了,但是他们都有很高兴地回复的。二月份的时候我再问她货用得好不好,她(助理)回了一封邮件: good day now we are not doing the new order. if we talk about the quality of your tape, it is weak if peck paper, that the tape is good, but something more serious hey this materials are??not suitable so your tape is still very much and order in the near future there will not thank you for your concern and understanding of the situation regards 当时候我看到邮件都蒙了,回了一封问哪些方面不好,什么的。。可是她再也没有回复了。我也不敢再发邮件了。现在两个月过去了,想再下,看还有没有可能再继续合作,也不知道该谁,不知道怎么发邮件。各位ggjj,麻烦你们给给主意好不好,这是我的处女单,之前的女采购真的很好,还会说乌克兰式中文,我感觉是她带着我一步一步走向外贸的,现在都不知道怎么跟这个客户了。。。[收起]

近来跟了很久的一个尼日利亚客人,寄过样品,他们也付了一百美金的样品费,说要下七万多的单,可要我们给他们弄邀请函来中国,这个公司叫eud-brazil nigeria limited,很多帖子上讲都是个骗子公司,从06年始,,今天我跟他们讲邀请函无法搞到手,要不先把定金打过来,好安排大货,其实我们根本没去弄,他们就讲“pleased with your news and we are very disappointed on this news and kindly note that we are not sending any fee anymore due to your authority dose not believed your firm, due to if your company is well known your local city authority will approved our trip. anyways thank you so much for talking with you but now is better i look for another shipper whom will work with us. he a nice days and bye” 这个公司运行这么多年不倒闭呢!@?[收起]

这个情况的话,其实主要是因为俄乌战争局势的问题,这个客户那边自己也是清楚这种情况的,所以你这个还是很好跟客户商量的。你可以跟客户说明由于现在局势不稳定,所以公司这边对于俄罗斯或者乌克兰的订单都是要求先收齐全款之后再发货,没有再做像之前30% 订金,70%尾款见提单copy一周内付清的付款方式了,后续局势稳定了,还是可以按照之前的付款方式来操作的,所以现在还是要先特别情况特别处理,但是由于大家都合作了这么久,客户也不会担心说你们不发货什么的。[收起]

首先你这个伊朗客户第三方欧元付款这个是没有问题的,我们和伊朗的贸易往来其实最让人头痛的就是这个付款问题了,要么就是我们用离岸账户来进行收款,要么就是客户那边找第三方国家进行付款。那既然客户那边操作好付款的事情那么就省去了最大的麻烦。接下来就是这个提单和报关单的问题了,那么你这个是直接运到阿巴斯,并且你也是做FOB,那其实最好还是不要报关,以免产生不必要的麻烦,由于伊朗被制裁,其实我们的贸易往来还是会被监控的。[收起]
