大家遇到过出口还需要申请表的吗（西非客户）

Dangote group has enclosed their basic purchase procedures before a commencement of supply . -Purchase the CTA application form. -Complete and sign it. -Return to receive my agency's endorsement. -Dangote Group receives CTA application form with agency endorsement, contacts supplier/seller for the materials specification to be supplied by the seller. -supplier\seller must present such, Dangote group certifies spec then the contract shall be awarded to the seller/supplier with 30% initial goods purchased payment and 15% mobilization fee paid into seller/suppliers corporate bank account -seller\supplier start an immediate supply of materials/goods to Dangote via sea ports.
