求助：客户这样对整柜/拼箱是什么要求？

客户是克罗地亚的，已经跟踪了很长时间了，目前他发来这封邮件给小弟，但是在货运问题上我有些不理解，还望请教高手！谢谢 ———————————————————————— good aft alex, 1. with grate difficulties we settled that first order, i do not want to change it because of limited time? ?to get that consignment, anyhow if you can give us free of charge one panel i will be grateful to you. 2. there are shipping lime coming directly to rijeka and one of that is??maersk or cma or hanjin or yang ming ( no question to gat it via koper. !! it will be difficult to me to make custom form.) 3. container could be lcl / fcl only. !! no chance to send me lcl on the destination. !!!!! in rijeka terminal container could not be unstuffed but only in old port of rijeka, and that is for me extra 3000 euro cost finally if you could not ship fcl container to rijeka, nothing to do, i he to skip business. !!!!, and find another alternative. in the??b/l there could be 2 shippers,( propsolar and mount makers, but only one consignee. and that’s me.)??if you knead you can issue 2 b/l for each shipper for the same container but only one consignee? ?and that’s me. anyhow b/l he to caused fcl explained condition will be part of your shipping contract. !!, and in case of your not fulfilling instructions we keep right to refund euro 3000 what will be our direct extra cost. pls confirm. pls confirm that material from the mountmakers will be stuffed in your container free of any additional cost. pls inform if you can match requirement. and confirm regards
