很多外贸企业和国外客户展开业务往来时，汇款的方式都选择了西联汇款，这种汇款方式虽然不是最好的，但也胜在简单高效，但并不是说不会出现任何问题，近期阶段有一家企业就因为西联汇款无法解付问题，导致没有拿到货款，遇到这种问题时该如何解决呢?
上海某电子配件生产企业为德国用户提供了一批货物，对方采用了西联汇款，而该家企业的工作人员到银行去取款的过程中却被银行工作人员告知无法解付，提供给该企业工作人员客服电话，让工作人员自行解决问题，和客服人员联系过程中，这名企业工作人员了解到是基于安全原因导致该用户无法获得款项，西联任何业务都无法展开，这名外贸企业工作人员在问到原因时，客服人员让其自行邮件联系。
该企业工作人员想当然的认为是对方出现了问题，于是回到公司之后并没有采取其他措施，而是直接和国外用户沟通，希望通过其他方式汇款。

I'm very sorry, this matter still bothers you to solve. Our company did receive your payment, but at present the Western Union remittance can not be withdrawn. After this situation, our company is unable to solve this problem. I hope you can use other ways to put the money into our account so that we can settle our accounts.
安德鲁先生：
非常抱歉，这件事依然要麻烦你解决，我公司确实收到了贵公司打款，不过目前西联汇款却无法取出，出现这种状况后我公司现无法解决这一问题，希望贵公司可采用其他方式将货款打入我公司账户中，以便我公司结账。
这封信函撰写并不得当，原因何在呢?出现西联汇款无法解付这种状况时，并不是说没有其他手段可以解决问题，而以这样的问题去让客户企业重新付款，这种想法显然不切合实际，不仅无法达到自己的目的，而且很有可能导致用户企业异常不满，这对于企业后期的产品销售而言无疑会带来负面影响。这位外贸工作人员发出信函之后，很快就得到了对方公司的回应。
Mr. Zhou Xuan:
We deeply regret that your company has received payment from Western Union, but it has been clearly stated in the contract that the transaction was completed by Western Union. Our company has also fulfilled its obligations in full accordance with the contract. We hope that you can complete the related work on your own.
周轩先生：
对于贵公司西联汇款无法拿到款项，我公司深表遗憾，但在合同中已经明确注明此次交易以西联汇款完成，我公司也完全依照合同履行了自身的义务，希望贵公司可以自行完成相关的工作。
从产品购入方企业的回函中，可以发现对方很反感外贸销售方企业工作人员的这种做法，回函时也丝毫没客气，将自己的不满表达了出来，为什么会出现这种状况呢?之所以出现这种状况，正是因为外贸企业工作人员没有关注好如何解决问题。
遇到解付这种问题时，并非外贸方企业完全无法根据现有状况解决问题，根本原因就在于这家企业的工作人员没有想过通过其他渠道来解决这一类型问题。中行解付，可能是因为多种原因，或者是银行自身原因，或者是用户企业被名列黑名单之中无法拿到款项，但在国内的银行并非只有中行，例如此前也有一些用户遇到了这种问题，他们是怎么解决的呢?直接到邮政去办理相关的流程手续，结果没有任何问题。
为什么有很多外贸企业会遇到这种问题呢?归根结底和西联公司的相应机制有关，通过对其公司的条款细读，我们可以发现“Western Union formulates and actively implements its anti-money laundering plan, which aims to comply with all laws and regulations of its country, as well as its policies and regulations, including those aimed at anti-money laundering and terrorist financing activities. 因为西联反洗钱以及其他类型的影响因素，导致有时西联相关流程中会出现一些错误，最终对外贸企业造成一定的影响，想要解决这一类型的问题，可以如上所述改换一家银行解决问题。有些外贸企业工作人员遇到问题后，没有关注到散发性思维，一味的认为只要找到客户，让客户更换打款方式，例如tt，就能够解决问题，却没有考虑到这样的做法，对于产品购入方企业会造成一定影响，而这种影响无疑是产品购入方企业并不愿意看到的。
