求助!如何跟进来厂拜访的客户??

事情是这样:我们公司主要是黄铜阀门的,上上周一一个客户来看工厂,我们当时会议了将近3个小时。报了两款客户产品的价格,带客户参观了工厂,也谈及到了包装和付款方式,当时他也让我们报了很多我们公司产品的价格,说是要根据这些产品的报价来报价分析,同时也了解我们的产品价格水平,这个报价他们当时要的很急,所以在上上周二的时候就已经发送过去给他们了。并且在上上周的时候我也打电话过,他们说报价表已经到了。要等他们回国之后进行会,报价分析。
这个客户想创一个新的品牌,所以需要重新寻找商,上上周一个星期都在中国,期间参观了无数工厂。在他们来工厂之前是完全没有过的,只是和他们采购员对接了一下来访时间而已(在来访前一个星期通知的)。我在上周一的时候发了一封邮件过去,具体如下,但是至今都没有回复,接下去我该怎么跟进呢?还是只能等着他们会研究的结果呢?

Now I am doing meeting conclusion, please check some detail as follows:
1. During our meeting, we quote the price of your ball valve ( with brand of MINKOR) in size 1/2'' and 3/4''.
Material:body and bonnet Cw617N, ball and stem Hpb57-3, structure with two o-ring, one is NBR, the other is FKM/FPM

2. Package: Now most of our customer only need standard package. That is each valve in a poly bag, several one in an inner box, box with small label show some information( it depends on you), and several boxes in an outer carton, carton with labels.
If you need some special package, please send your detail information to me, we can design it to you. We also show some retail package to your head officers during our meeting. But unit price of the products will be a little higher, because we must add this special package cost to the price.
3. Payment terms: Because both of us are new and hen't cooperated with each other before, normally for new customers, we do payment terms as 30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L. And when we get a good business relationship and he a nice understanding of each other, we will change it to some credit payment, for example, 30% advanced payment, balance 30 days after B/L date. For this, we can talk later.
