上老外的email先: i got your answer, thank you. this is a completely an ordinary price for ukraine, it does not attractiveness! in ukraine, this product cost 37-40 euros. the difference is very bad! transportation costs account for 35-40% of the price in china. it makes no sense! 之前这个老外跟我要全部产品的报价,我跟他解释了两遍都没解释的通,然后我就直白的告诉他说,不能给他全部的报价,因为报价是一种商业机密,我们要保护自己以及我们的客户的权益。结果老外说:“yes, you he ery - ery strange approach to get started! ” 然后他跟我要了其中两个产品的报价,我报了他一个35,还有一个40.结果他就如上回复我了。。。。 我觉得这个回复有两种意思,第一,他真的对我们的产品没兴趣,这个回复纯属为了泄愤,他想告诉我们的产品也并不是价格多么好,我不该这么神神秘秘,他不屑一顾。另一种是因为,他对我们的产品有点意思,想压价。 可不管怎么样,我还是想争取一下。 请问。要怎么回复呢!

    我对要全部产品报价的客户不太感冒。虽然我不介意发给客户全部报价。但是产品太多,客户看得也是一头乱麻。往往不如问清客户需求,再发针对性的产品。关于价格,楼主这一行,应该清楚自己公司的价格在行业里面属于什么水平。可以依此给客户解释。我公司的价格在行业里面属于比较高的,我通常会拿质量和后说事。

    这年头怎么报个价 这么纠结啊。要不就查查,他们当地市场同类产品大概价位。
