10. payment terms: on partial shipment of 1000 mt - payment shall be swift mt103/23 on monthly shipments of 12500 mt – payment can be made monthly by monthly bank guarantee and/or by swift mt103/23 note: all payment method chosen by buyer must be acceptable by seller’s bank against full set of shipping documents. the payment instruments shall be negotiable and payable at the seller’s bank’s counter against standard & customary shipping documents. letter of credit opening bank shall allow adding confirmation by any acceptable bank at the expense of the buyer, should seller’s bank deemed it necessary. all bank charges accrued at buyer’s bank regarding the opening and confirming of the letter of credit or payment guarantee is for buyer’s account.
