1. 临近圣诞新年，如何催单？
等老外放完圣诞新年，离我们的传统新年春节也不远了。以下是几个催单思路：
1）提醒客户即将而至的节假日：
As you know the Christmas season will get busy with factories and then we have CNY, so let's move fast. 圣诞节工厂会很忙，紧接着我们又要过春节了，请尽快进展。
2）工厂生产需要排单，及早下单以便尽快安排：
①Busy production is approaching. Kindly inform you that our factory is working at a full capacity. 旺季将至，我们生产期已经排得很满。
The ealier you place the order, the sooner we can schedule the production plan. 你越早下单，我们才能越快排单。
② Thus, highly appreciated if we can receive your order confirmation soon, and arrange prouction without delay. 因此如能尽早收到订单确认，感激不尽。我们将及时安排订单生产。
这点要把握好，要根据自身产品附上相关细节，让客户觉得物超所值，而不是反倒成为客户一再压价的话柄。
We wish if we can spare you a few minutes. Here is our super Christmas sale. The discount is even up to 30% off. 希望能占用你几分钟时间。这是我们推出的圣诞促销活动，折扣甚至高达七折。

4）公司清仓/清库存活动，逾期不候
We would like to announce that we will be having a Christmas Clearance Sale. We will be offering up to 30% discount on all the items of the attached list starting from [开始日期] to [结束日期].It's on a first come first serve basis. 请知悉，这是我们推出的圣诞清仓活动。附件清单里的所有产品高达7折优惠，先到先得。
5）物流旺季，温馨提醒客户需要排仓
Because of the busy production season, we need to queue for theavailable shipping space. Please make your decision as soon as possible to avoid further delay. 由于现在是旺季，我们还得预留时间排仓。请尽早做决定，避免进一步延迟。
2. 出货旺季，需要注意哪些细节？
1告知货期需谨慎
工厂一忙，各种情况都可能发生。告知客户货期一定要预留多几天，采用迂回方式告知客户货期具体是多少工作日(working days) 但会尽快安排生产，争取早点出货。
2报运费时要注意
旺季运费浮动得厉害，之前我已经分享过表达了，这里再附上：
报海运费一定要加上有效期。Please be noted it will be valid within 1 week because of the busy shipping season.
要强调运费因为旺季有所浮动。会更新给客户变动的价格，尽量维持最好的价格给他：There is fluctuation on the freight charge. We'll try our best to keep you best rate for you and update it accordingly.
和客户说明 Final freight cost will be charged at actual. 以最后出的运费账单为准。避免旺季运费变动，把价格说死了，到时不好和客户回旋。
3出运前得上心
一定要多和车间保持沟通，知道做货进展。
一定要多拍点照片留底，实时和客户反馈。
一定要提前通知客户做货情况，款到发货。
一定要在发货前点好数量，确认好大货品质。
一定要贴好装箱标识，避免清关麻烦。
出货前很操心很忙，这才是常态。好过过后客户投诉时再如热锅上的蚂蚁急得团团转。
3. 货期延误，如何告知客户？
请记得两点：
告知货期预留时间
实时跟进生产进展
这样才能更及早地通知到客户货期延误。在出货前一两天再去告诉客户，真的很遭反感，遇到暴脾气的分分钟炸起来。因为他们如果是等着这批货做活动，那边一切安排妥当，只差物料就绪。临时才告知，除了误事，还会让他们觉得你很不负责任，即便有再多的理由，都很难听进去。
4. 货运爆仓，如何安抚客户？
出现爆仓，第一时间要hold住，不必急着告诉客户。货代手里头都有很多个渠道，你也要动用手里头所有的资源去想办法看看能否在保证运费不变动的情况下换渠道走。
假若货物已经在监管仓，需要告知客户：
海运：Sorry to inform you the shipping space is very tight on the planned vessel, our container was dumped to be loaded by the next available voyage. We will keep you updated. 很抱歉通知您，预计走的那班船船舱爆满，我们只能走下一班最近的船了。会告知您进展。
空运：Sorry to inform you due to the peak season, shipping space is very tight. We are unable to catch the flight as schedule. Now waiting for forwarder's further update. Will keep you posted accordingly. 很抱歉通知您，舱位很紧张。我们没法赶上原计划的那班航班。目前在等货代通知，会相应地进一步告知进展。
进一步安抚客户
每天和货代保持沟通，并且同步更新给客户。在客户问你之前，先告诉他进展，让他觉得你一直很上心在跟进。
还可以从网络上获取一些仓库爆仓，司机排队进仓的照片给客户。因为很多客户对爆舱其实是很模糊的概念，或者一些人口本来不是很多的国家，根本想象不到具体人多货多的场景如何。有照片一目了然，也更能获得客户的同理心。
5. 哪些国家会过感恩节？
感恩节是每年11月的第四个星期四。今年的感恩节是11月23日，即下周四。
节日就给所有客户群发节日祝福，像欧洲国家，澳洲国家，香港/澳门地区其实都不过感恩节，无端端的感恩祝福显得唐突。
就像遇到某地区地震，马上发去给对应那个国家的客户问候，而本来是A市地震，你的客户在B市，距离甚远，人家收到你的慰问只会一脸懵逼。
以下是过感恩节的国家：
阿根廷、巴西、加拿大、日本、韩国、利比里亚、瑞士和美国，格林纳达，还有荷兰一个叫Leiden的城市（荷兰其他城市不过）

7. 圣诞节各主要国家放假时间
欧美大多数国家基本从12月22/23/24日开始放假到1月5日
俄罗斯从1月1日到1月10日，有部分从12月22日开始放假
澳大利亚只放12月24/25和1月1日
尼日利亚从12月23持续半个月假期
马来西亚从12月25日到1月4日
南非从12月18日持续到1月12日
菲律宾圣诞节假期最长，从12月16日持续到1月第1周周末
值得一提的是，圣诞节不再仅仅是宗教的节日。很多国家地区包括中国都会趁着圣诞节应应景，或者放假。圣诞前夕可以和客户确认他们具体的放假时间，在节后才能相应跟进上。
8. 圣诞节该送什么礼物？
说起给国外客户送礼，好多人都会联想起中国传统特色，比如四川脸谱面具，中国结等，但是其实并不是所有客户都会喜欢的。
之前说过文化差异影响到思维差异，因此不能以我们自己的喜好去判断客户。假设客户是中国通，或者在沟通过程和你表现出对中国文化的兴致，中国特色礼物对他才可能是一个惊喜，反之亦然。
送礼物讲究八个字，投其所好，正中下怀。这种可以旁敲侧击客户，或者观察客户的社交动态揣测而出。
如果你考虑到成本，不能送就不要送了。因为食品寄不出，含液体或电子产品走特殊渠道运费也不低，如果是太廉价的商品，对方又不感冒。尤其对于行事严谨的客户，千万不能拿很劣质低档的商品去充数。
礼物最好是可以随货走。
常规情况下推荐送实用的商务型小礼品，印制客户公司名字或者logo，建议如下：
高档钢笔，配笔盒，笔有液体，要走特殊渠道；电子产品，要走特殊渠道；金属材质的名片夹；商务型皮质笔记本；商务文具套装（笔记本+笔）；不锈钢保温杯等等
