亚马逊在2月25日开始实行对于充电宝品类产品的销售限制。发布此限制的原因是基于安全因素：锂离子便携式充电宝（也称为“外部电池”），是各种电子产品的移动充电设备，这些设备经常涉及到消费者报告给亚马逊的安全事故。
其实在去年底亚马逊就提出：手机锂电池/笔记本锂电池必须要提供UL2054/UL1642认证！如果抽查到，在规定的时间提供不了！就会被强制下架！
卖家收到亚马逊的邮件要求：

1. Company name
2. Seller/Vendor ID
3. Email address
4. Phone number
5. A list of ASINS you are applying to sel
6. Test reports from an ILAC ISO 17025 accreditedtestinglaboratory confirming each product wastested to the requirements listed below:
Power Banks :UL2056; or UL2054 and UL60950-1; or UL62133 andUL60950-1
