2020年9月10日，商务部召开例行新闻发布会，商务部新闻发言人通报第128届中国进出口商品交易会（简称广交会）将于10月15-24日在网上举办，展期10天。
2020年春季广交会的直播是有史以来第一次，由于之前没有任何经验，加上准备时间不足，大家在直播中遇到了很多挑战。
