为产品增加反馈数,一是购买者主动反馈,二是卖家采取某些措施主动请求对方反馈。
向买家发送反馈请求时,有时会得到意料之外的结果,比如买家给出负面的评价反馈,或屏蔽我们的邮件或向官方投诉骚扰。
为了避免意外结果,卖家在发请求反馈邮件前应注意以下几点:
1)发送不要太频繁
2)措辞语气专业、友好,内容简短、明了, 不要废话多多。
3)为提高买家查看,可以借些理由让用户甘心接受,如送免费电子书、产品热点整理、使用技巧、选购要点经验等。
4)若仍收到负面反馈,要尽快联系客户并想办法解决。注意:必须在平台规则上去做好这类事。
