里吧嗦的,写那么多,真的会有客户愿意看吗?!

这是我在小红书上搜索到2个爆款开发信,都是几千的点赞量,我很是好奇,既然作为开发信,那么收件人肯定是新客户啊,新客户会看那么长的陌生+广告邮件吗?

难道是有什么黑科技在里面?

而且开头说自己和全球各地的大客户合作,哇塞,这样有实力的公司,请问还招人吗?(如果是为了引起兴趣而撒谎,也可不取啊)

然后另外那封真的太长了!

我知道你很想把自己的产品、公司、优势都介绍个遍,但是客户根本不会看这么多啊,或者干脆不看了。

我就始终信奉开发信的一个原则,那就是开门见山。简单几句话,向客户说出你的产品,给到客户有价值的内容,来吸引客户。

比起华丽的功能描述,更重要的先让客户知道你在卖什么。

具体怎么写,我觉得下面这几封邮件都挺好的。

01-真正的开门见山

Dear xxX,

Greetings.

问候什么的,简单点就行

We got your contact from my customer , and l check your website, we have so manysimilar products.

表明查过客户网站是认真对待

l am from XXX company and l am well known about your market,ope can have chance to share you the market information, and expend ourcooperation.

Product price list and new catalog will be sent if you need

说优势,熟悉市场,最后留个CTA

02-介绍自己公司

一般详细的公司介绍,是作为第2轮邮件发送的。

如果第一封没回复,一定要记得再去发第二封。

Dear xxX

Greetings

This xxx from xxx which is specializing in xx products more than xx years. xxx andxxx are our distributor, we are a reliable OEM supplier.

年限很能说明公司靠谱,如果是新公司那就说别的点,总之别撒谎吹大,客户也是会背调的

We checked your website carefully and found we have many similar products, wehave faith in our products to expend your local marketPrice list and new catalog will be sent in the following mails if you need

继续说共同点,然后留CTA

03-换位思考

如果接着上面的内容继续发,邮件可以适当长一点,如果把这封邮件当作开发信,那要删减一下。

说自己是谁,如果客户有印象那就再好不过

We know you have stable supplier, but it is good for you to catch different suppliersprice and support when negotiating with your current supplier, do you agree?

换位思考,让客户货比三家

We check your website carefully and found we have many similar products,you canselect some and compare with your current supplier's.

04-学会催款

如果幸运的你,被客户回复了,还要了价格单,但是没有下一步?可以试试这个

先提醒客户,是不是忘了?

真心倾诉, 心理牌

最后,说个扎心的事实。

不管你的邮件内容写的多么华丽,多么用心,只要客户不打开、不阅读你的邮件,那么回复率就永远等于0
