如何写一封有效的外贸开发信?

开发信是客户对我们的第一印象,一封好的专业的开发信会给用户传递我们公司很专业的信息。所以每一个外贸业务员都应该在如何写一封有效的外贸开发信上多下点功夫。接下来我给大家分析一份有效的开发信应该怎么写,需要注意些什么。

1) 用语礼貌,正式。不要用pls, asap, thx, u, ur等缩写。尽量多用could you please…; would youplease等句型。
2) 不要使用不恰当的标点符号,尤其忌讳过多使用感叹号,会让买家产生厌恶。
3) 要注意避免拼写错误。建议您在word中编辑好开发信,利用word的语法拼写检查检查是否有拼写错误,然后再发送给买家。
4) 开发信要简洁明了,突出卖点(产品的卖点、公司的卖点)。如果产品有行业认证,一定要注明!
5) 如果您是行业协会成员,一定不要忘了提到这个信息,这个信息对买家很重要,是买家判断您的专业性的根据之一。
6) 称呼。如果对方是女士,则称呼dear ms. xxx,男士则称呼dear mr. xxx。如果性别不详,则称呼dear sir/ madam
7) 邮件第一段第一句话最好不要用“how are you?” nice day”等非正式语言,可以简洁直接地告诉对方您是从什么渠道获知对方信息的。常用句型参考:i saw your information on xxxx; after havingseen your buying offer on …i would like to …。然后简单介绍自己(姓名、职位)和公司名。

第二段简单介绍公司(公司在行业内的经验,如果有比较长时间的专业经验则更好、公司的所在城市)以及产品范畴(与买家采购相关的产品范畴,不相关的产品不要提),一定要记得突出自己的优势!邮件中要提供自己的网站链接(最好提供在mic上的网站链接,如果提供自己的公司网站链接,对方可能会害怕病毒而不敢打开),让对方可以了解更多自己的产品和公司信息。说到这里,需要提醒一下,很多供应商的公司网站信息非常简单,通常只有一些图片和对应的产品名称,这样的网站链接即使提供给买家,也无法吸引买家的兴趣,因为您的网站没有能够帮助买家获取所需信息,也就是说没有为买家方便获取信息提供条件。
9) 最后一定要将自己的详细联系信息告知对方(电话、传真、邮箱地址、手机,如果方便的话)
10) 面对不同的背景、专业、行业的买家,不要发千篇一律的开发信,要定制属于你自己的,有针对性的开发信。如销售电子元器件产品的供应商,面对的往往都是行业工程师出身的买家,那么在开发信中,对产品特性、参数的描写要多于特点的介绍,并注意提供数据支持。关于买家划分及推广对策分析,我们会详细介绍。
