跟进这样的客户是浪费时间吗?

一个客户多次报价, 数十次邮件往来. 不多说, 下面是往来的邮件, 我老大的意思是这样的客户是在浪费时间, 我觉得即使浪费时间, 也要定期的跟进下, 反正一封邮件也浪费不了几分钟.??想听听各位的意见, 这样的客户有必要跟下去吗? Date: 2013-08-22 07:09 GOOD MORNING,HOW ARE YOU?
