    报价的时候也一定要比较专业的报价单,我看过很多很多工厂过的报价单。虽然价格比较好但是不显眼,也没有完全列出客户要的资料。操作起来不方便,字体比较小。颜色轮廓不清楚,实际上我XLS虽然不怎么样,但是也了将近七份报价了,把这份的比较好的按摩椅的报价模版给大家作作参考吧。如果又更好的报价模版请大家能也多多分享出来。

    实际上你催回复的时候一般都可以在什么节日显示你的存在,在多写一次,客户就印象多一次。但是不要完全有PUSH的那种感觉,客户一般的时间也比较紧,到祝福要更好一些。象我对我的法国客户有时总彪他一两句法语。对方觉得很亲切,往往他回应的不是我的祝福,而是订单事宜。比较粗鲁的就是WHEN WILL YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER这样的信,客户只会让你直接进入SPAM。你要知道,你不是全中国就你一家商。所以就算你最后就是坚持、坚持、再坚持。很多客人不一定能够马上购你的产品,但是可能会是一个潜在的家。所以,即使他这次没有你的货,也必须要经常的通过邮件或者传真发给他一些他曾经感兴趣的资料,比如价格降低了,有新产品了,通过邮件发一些产品照片了
    等,费用不高,但是会使客人知道你所经营的产品,随时会想起你,成为你的家。 所以大家一定要有耐心,要会分析客户的情况。

    最后的问题,就是为什么有些客户报价之后,就没有回复了!
    一般存在如下情况。
    1,集和比较价格,这些出现在非洲/中东的贸易商们。但是这个群体还真的是有客户群的,要下也是量比较大的。到他们的客户找到他们生意,你就熬出来了。
    2,等他们的客户核实,这些贸易发行商把你的产品在自己的CATALOGUE上广告,直到有客户找他东西,需要一个时间差和过程。当他的客户打钱到他帐上,他自然也会打钱到你的账户了。
    3,是你的竞争对手。一就是同样的产品,需要比较价格才能定价。二就是纯粹要价格,象我们贸易公司如果有客户问我们,我们对工厂也是一样会先要价格,后来再看客户能不能。
    4,杂事等,没钱就要凑钱咯,银行也要咯,展厅要申请咯,实际上他们虽然有客户,但是不一定有经理客户的平台,这种情况也是需要等待的。但是很多情况是完全可以样品单的(只对家具来说)
    5,要下单,但是因为展会原因想看厂。又或者是等待你样品的质量审查。生意要稳妥一点,肯定要先知己知彼的,要不到时延误一个交期,客户的损失又多大呢。

    第二部,就是电子商务很重要的一步了。这个时候就要求你的ACDSEE/PHOTOSHOP/OFFICE 的广告能力了。
    你所有的图片要尽量变小,大了只会让你变成SPAM。如果可以的话可以将图片插到XLS表格里去,这样会缩小图片尺寸。每封信里最好要有好的字体ARIAL 12号,藏青色是我经常使用的模版,签名也要有条理。象一般对方有兴趣的时候,我会写这样一封信来吸引对方的回复几率。
