各位朋友,我有一票货出口报关是用的 ,当时报关了核销单,结汇也是,外管局也给核销了,现在全套手续都齐了,递给税务局,他们把单据给打回来了,说出口不用核销单,要求海关把当时报关核销单号去掉。我去找海关,海关答复报关核销单可用可不用,说已经报关的数据是不可能更改的。 朋友们,你们有遇到过这样的问题么???我现在该怎么啊???退税款金额差不多5万啊,我一笔单子就挣退税了,现在税务局不给,海关也不合作,找谁呢????[收起]

我司是国内企业,需将国内原料报“出料加工”委托保税区内的加工企业进行加工,然后成品再报“出料加工”,进口回区外国内。也就是委内加工 ,2019的28号公告。进口的关单会将原材料的金额和加工费分开列明,原材料是免征,加工费照章征税。那其实你这个的话,是委托给保税区内的加工企业加工,这个保税区内的企业其实就是属于境外企业,这个是支持美元结算的,你们是可以支付美元给到那边的。其实就相当于你们跟境外企业合作,那么美元和人民币都是可以的。[收起]

一般来说只要你不是做双清含税到门的渠道的话,那么客户进口都是要客户那边提供进口资质或者说协助提供相对应的清关文件,就比如说做DDU/DDP都是这样子的情况。那不管是个人还是公司,都是需要有相关的进口资质的,一般来说个人是没有进口资质的,那么客户那边清关的话可能是需要清关公司来进行全权操作,这个也是可以的。只有空运或者说快递进口,客户可能个人也可以清关,但是海运的话是不可以的,都是要清关公司去处理的,除非客户公司是有报关员才有可能自己做清关。[收起]
