悲剧的发现,PL竟然无甚作用!

最近发生了一个错误,让外国客户以为我们发错货了,为此我在这个案例论坛首先表示自己深深的忏悔,同时也向福友们展示一个事实:pl的作用微乎其微。 昨天到外国客户很desperate的一封信,很简短,但是很让我抓挠了一会。他表示我们发错了15个货物给他们了,他们的客户是急需这些货的,但是现在却拿到了不对的货物,这些错了的货物还好,他们可以接受,但是没到的货物是关键,让他们的所急解决不了,所以是大大的desperate了。我一看,心如刀割,马上搜寻我的发货图片,发现没有错啊,货物图片上都有对的货物的影子呢,怎么会没发出去,然后打电话给仓库,仓库大姐一口咬定她那天是亲自点的,一点都没有错,不可能出错货物给客户的。吃了2颗定心丸之后,我继续从自身找原因。找到了盖了章的ci和pl仔细的琢磨一下,哎呀,发现了,我的ci是没错的,但是pl上面却悲剧的写错了这项产品的型号、产品尺寸、包装尺寸和单箱体积。眼睛呀,真是一下子变成2个大了,还好我没有一始就找生产部的岔,否则自己真是丑死了。 找出了根,就好对付了,我马上啪嗒啪嗒的敲打键盘,哎呀,你这位上帝大爷呀,你先冷静下来,你现在是否已经将那个单子的货都拿到手了?如果拿到了,请让你们贵仓库仔细点盘一下,我很肯定他们会找到正确的货物的,而我呢却要很抱歉的说我把pl上的一些数据弄错了,我等着你们的回复。果不其然,他们上班没多久就飞了一封邮件过来,一个劲的sorry,还说自己的仓库怎么会没找到呢,现在一切都解决了。嘘。。。我长呼出一口气,然后继续吧嗒吧嗒的敲着“我十分抱歉在文件上出错啦,你现在是否需要正确的pl,我可以同时发给你们的”。很快,回复“如果你能,那当然好”。行,为了赎罪,我怀着虔诚的心态改了那几个数据,打印,扫描(这次没盖章),发邮件。这单子错误就这样过去了。 结论,我们工厂是100%t/t的,50% in advance和50% before shipment滴,所以貌似这些盖章的ci和pl等单据都没什么作用,因为他们那边的海关都没发现错误而且还通过了,这是使得我大大的惊奇。ps.空运的时候也是,我一个客户就要一个什么包装声明,那些ci和pl似乎盖不盖章都不太重要的,福友们,你们说这是哪门子的道?难道公章对外国淫来说就真是可有可无吗?他们下单时,都没有盖章的呢,直接一个pdf上印他们的公司logo或者直接一个电邮过来就算下单了。puzzling......[收起]

近来2次了 谈到最后都卡在了汇款账号上

我司现暂无自营进出口权,故现外贸美金主要用私人账号,结果近来连续出现两档子事: 1. 一个秘鲁客户,很爽快,只发了份报价单,没寄样品就始想下订单了,当时心里美滋滋的。谁料最后在汇款账号上卡壳了,对方很郑重的说了,他们公司有规定,跟你家生意,只能把款打到你家的公司账号。我回邮件说,说交份保函,及合作伙伴的公司账号,人家都说没用。然后就没有然后了。 2. 一个新加坡客户,谈了好久,都下订单快生产了。昨天查了他之前打的定金,结果依然没到,查后发现他把我司的私人账号错当成公司账号汇了。当初签合同,pi等都是写的私人账号,对方没啥异议,可今早发了份邮件很郑重的跟我说,这是公司间的贸易且告诉我他们公司也只能汇到公司账号。这不坑爹么。因为给人家的价格已经很低了,现在换打到贸易公司,感觉很不合算了。 我该肿么啊?[收起]

我公司做弹簧的,有个跟军事沾点边的公司前来询价弹簧,请问这个如果能成交,我国有针对以色列的禁运政策么?这个其实是可以做的呀,我们国家目前没有限制对以色列出口的,正常的货物是可以出口的,你们这个是弹簧,那么其实是没有什么限制的,可以出口的。但是进口是有限制的,中国海关总署以及农业农村部宣布将禁止从以色列进口绵羊、山羊以及相关的羊毛产品直接或间接地进入中国市场。原因是因为目前以色列北部地区爆发了羊类传染疾病,即绵羊痘和山羊痘。[收起]

13年12月和14年1月,一直蜗居在宝安。11月刚离公司的时候我还跑来跑去面试了好多公司,纸制品的,钱柜的,私企日企都有,应该说结果挺满意的,只是我是闹着玩的,纯粹想看看不同的公司而已。印象很深的是有一家手机周边产品的公司,通过苹果mfi认证的。我投了简历他们没回应,然后我就打电话过去了,他们老总接的电话,然后业务经理安排我去面试,面试结束后她说可能你的口语不是很流畅(确实很一般。。。),要我过两天来老总复试。后来她打了三次电话给我,我都没接,也不知道怎么想的,就是不太想工作。后来她又打来,还加我q,我就挺感动。回了个电话跟她说实话,说我心还没定下来,不能以这种心态参作,对大家都不好的。然后每天呆在宝安屋内,琢磨着明年要怎么。来深圳为什么?现在我有什么?我喜欢什么样的生活?活着是为了什么?大家别笑,我真的会想这种问题。看着边上的人有个稳定的工作,然后忙忙碌碌的,有时候觉得这样不也挺好嘛。然后扪心自问,其实这不是我想要的生活。我想要什么?我也不知道。也许是自由,也许是金钱,也可能是姑娘。。。[收起]

谢谢大家的建议。4楼说的是好法,我以后会这样操作的,但是现在好像找不到理由让客户这样了。
我这次的解决法是让我以前工作过的公司帮忙,盖他们的公章之类的。因为我老公现在还在那个公司工作,所以就写了一封保证书,如果客户拒付,费用从我老公的工资里扣。

可以。但是注意空运的港口设定,另外确保客户没有说分批运,一部分空运,一部分海运的情况,如果有,运输方式这边也要规定。所以L/C审单的时候这些不符点要很认真

至于一对一是否是优势这个很难说。任何事情没有绝对的,还要看家的习惯了。也要根据公司自身的情况而定。询盘多了,可能机会就多了,但是还要花时间去。询盘如果质量高了,针对性的去,也是蛮好的。货比三家肯定正常,但是比个30或者更多家,那可能就不是很好了。如果有优势的,比比也许蛮好的,但是没优势的,比的再多,也没机会。一个真正有质量的家,可能也没那么多时间去那么多的回复邮件。总之,适合自己最好,没有绝对的好坏。[收起]

正常为了配合进口方少交进口关税,可以在清关时适当低就行。
至于出口报关,请按实际的金额来申报,那么退税也就正常了。
