之前有个客户说要样品,我问了公司采购说有库存的,然后客户说要付款又一直没付,我就经常问客户付款了没,客户付了款之后,采购又跟我说供应商端午要放假了,他们现在没有库存只有半成品,如果是问的那天下单就可以很快发货,结果一直没下单,现在他们端午放假两天,供应商也觉得一点样品要开机太浪费了,想等有别的货了再一起做。
然后我一时想不开就有了以下对话:
Dear R,
It's regret that the rest stock samples was send out to another customer who made payment last week.
I have asked the factory to make out the samples asap.
Please kindly provide your shipping address, so that i could arrange shipping for you once the samples have been done.

I ask the workshop to arrange samples today, and they told me that one of my colleague had sent the rest samples to his customer.
