This is Flora.上一篇文章我们谈到了如何应对客户讨价还价。当价格达成初步一致后,客户会要求供应商提供样品。当然,也有些客户是对样品进行检测后才开始谈具体的价格问题。
寄样品给客户之后,不要指望每个客户都能主动联系我们。自己主动出击才是王道。以下是业务员寄出样品后电话跟踪客户的过程。
Secretary: Hello. This is ABC company. May I help you ?
你好,这里是ABC公司,有什么能帮您的吗?
Mr. Wang: Good morning. This is Mr.Wang from Honghe LED Company. May I speak to Mr.Stephan Yip ?
早上好。我是来自红河LED公司的王先生。请问Stephen Yip先生在吗?
Secretary: Ok, hold on please.
他在的,请稍等。
(A while later)
Stephen: Good morning Mr. Wang. This is Stephen.
王先生早上好,我是Stephen。
Mr.Wang: Hi Stephen, how is everything going ? Did you receive the samples we delivered last week?
您好,近来可好?您收到我们上周寄出的样品了吗?
Stephen: Yeah of course, we studied them carefully.
当然,我们很仔细地研究了贵司的样品。
Mr. Wang: Do you have any questions about it ?
您对样品有什么疑问吗?
Stephen: Oh yes, we find that the quality of the samples are satisfactory, but the package box is not suitable.You are using white box while we need product picture, simple description and CE mark to be printed on the box.
是的,我们对样品的质量很满意。但是包装盒不合适,你们用的是白盒,然而我们需要在盒子上印刷产品图片,简单的文字描述和CE标志。
Mr. Wang: We totally understand. Actually we're using white box because most of our clients use their own design of the package box. We are doing OEM business with them.
完全明白。事实上我们用白盒是因为大多数客户要求我们使用他们自己的包装盒设计。我们给他们做贴牌加工。
Stephen: Well, you just reminded me of an important point.For the trial order, can you use our LOGO for the product ?The trial order might be small. But if we are satisfied with it, we will place order every single month.
你让我想起一件很重要的事。在试单时,你们能在产品上印刷我司的logo吗?试单的量可能会很小,但是如果我们对试单满意,接下来每个月都会下单。
Mr. Wang: Usually for the trial order, we only provide products without any logo on it. You'd better send us the quantity of the trial order. We will think about it and reply you ASAP.
我们针对试单通常都是提供白盒。还是请您把试单的具体数量发给我们,我们考虑之后尽快回复您。
Stephen: Well, the quantity of the trial order is not decided yet, but I will let you know very soon. BTW, our CEO will go to Shenzhen next month for the exhibition. Do you think it possible to visit your factory during his visit? We need to know more about your factory and discuss more details about our cooperation.
试单的具体数量还没有定下来,但是我会尽快告知你。我们总裁下周会去深圳参加展会,是否有可能去贵司工厂参观呢?我们需要进一步了解您的工厂并且谈论关于合作的更多细节。
Mr. Wang: Sure, please let us know his schedule. We will send a car to pick him up from his hotel.

Stephen: Sounds great. I'll send you email about the details. I think this is it.

当我们寄出样品给客户以后,一定要记得及时回访客户。客户可能会收到许多供应商提供的样品,因此回访电话是非常重要的,进一步加深客户对你公司的印象。有时候我们通过邮件回访客户时,客户不一定能够及时回复。因此及时的补一个电话给客户效果更好。
