做外贸也有将近2年了,自己也断断续续摸索出一些办法。但是公司是纯贸易的,没有什么新产品可以推广给客户,很多客户也只愿意和工厂合作,怎么办呢?跟进客户怎么做呢?
其实本人是不太乐意经常有事没事骚扰客户的,因为之前的骚扰好多邮箱都可以设置了拒收,这就得不偿失了。对于之前离职同事留下的客户,只选择在节假日进行邮件的发送。刚开始只是发送一些客户国家的节假日祝福短信。之后慢慢发现对于中国的节假日客户很愿意去了解,之后我就会在中国有些传统节日的时候发送邮件,当然结尾必须得说好话啦。。。祝福毕竟谁都不嫌多的。
鸡年开工的通知邮件也得到了比较多的回应和已读回执,甚至还收到了客户的询盘,虽然产品国内没供应商可以做到。所以拿出来和大家分享一下。
