以上是亚马逊所在国的服务支持联系方式，并非中国电话。

美英等地区需要在中国时间夜晚拔打，其它国家的支持电话可通过亚马逊官网查询。

在case没有及时有效回复时，可以通过此电话沟通case进度。

在电话接通时，通常需要进行一些信息验证以证实是所属店铺的真实卖家。

二、亚马逊卖家服务邮件支持：

1. 特别注意

亚马逊更建议卖家先通过开case方式寻找解决问题的渠道，如果卖家的问题都通过发送电子邮箱沟通，长期将导致邮件太多影响处理问题的进度，同时将造成该邮箱会失效或者作废。

亚马逊相关邮箱有可能会是通用模板回复，此时需要卖家有更多耐心，亚马逊每天会收到很多邮件，因此最好可以在邮件中一次性将要说的问题、店铺邮箱等表达清楚。

如果亚马逊明确表示不在回复你，通常再次发送邮件是无用的。
