2013年以后我国和中东商贸往来逐渐升温,2016年一带一路计划之后,中东市场的很多产品购入渠道已从传统的欧美市场转为中国市场,也正是因为如此原因,中国的外贸企业获得了更多来自于中东的商机,想要和中东用户做好沟通,那么了解中东市场特点是非常关键的。

中东地区主要是以沙漠环境为主,这里的资源是很少的,多数的家用品以及电子产品都是以国外进口为主要的来源渠道,和这里的地理位置较为恶劣相比,该地区的人口收入却非常高,民众的购买能力非常强,根据knoma2018年所做出的调查统计报表可看到,在这里无论是科威特沙特阿拉伯还是,阿曼等地区,人均GDP排名都已经达到了世界前50名,要比中国的人均生产总值高得多。因此中东市场目前的产品进口有着两极化的特点,对于高端电子产品,日用品以及奢侈品有明确需求,而对于一般类型的服装产品要求相对较低,高端电子产品都是由韩国美国进货,而在中国主要是以日用品购入为主,这里的奢侈品进口主要渠道为法国和韩国。

虽然近年来中东地区在我国进口电子产品的数量也在逐年提升之中,不过主要是以一些大牌产品为主,因此外贸企业想要和中东地区的用户建立良好关系,就应该关注到以日用品出口为主。

相关类别产品的价格已经在附录中进行了详细说明,在附录中除了有贵方订购的这一类别产品之外,还有其他产品可供贵方详细参考。

这篇信函中前半部分没有任何问题,问题主要集中在后半部分,“The prices of the relevant categories of products have been explained in detail in the Appendix, in which there are other products for your detailed reference, in addition to the category of products you ordered.”该公司从对方的采购产品类别中就应该明确对方的采购意图,对于一家日用品采购公司而言,这样的购买量无疑很小,因此可以断定这仅仅是和该外贸公司合作中的试探性产品购买,因此在信函中该外贸公司应该提到更多的实质性问题,而不应该将重点放在反复推销产品上,例如:

同贵公司和做过程中我方还会给予一定的优惠,本次产品运输保险以及相关费用由我方承担,我公司每个季度都会有优惠举措,一季度的优惠活动已经完毕,希望在即将到来的第二季度能够再次和贵方进行合作,活动主要是针对已经和我方有贸易往来的企业用户,在二季度优惠活动中我方将给与贵公司总计交易价格的百分之三减免优惠。

这样的做法好处是什么呢?非常简单,虽然能够让用户获悉二次交易中能够获得更多优惠,既没有投入更多的让利,又促进产品销售,也留住了用户,这样的沟通方式无疑非常重要。
